My laptop screen is cracked...

A cracked or broken laptop screen is the most common problem with a laptop. It's cause by dropping the laptop, closing something in the laptop screen cover or by flexing the thin plastic films of the screen to rupture allowing the liquid crystal to leak within the screen. Cracked notebook screens in general are not repairable and should be replaced.

My laptop screen is dim...

This is a sign that the cold-cathode flourescent tube (backlight) is broken or the inverter is bad. If the inverter is malfunctioning then it won't light up the lamps on your LCD, leaving the monitor with a dim display. If it is the backlight, you need to replace your laptop screen. We are able to diagnose the problem and fix it either way. 

My laptop screen has lines on it...

Lines on your screen indicates a bad graphics card or a broken laptop screen. The way to test if this is a graphics card or LCD screen problem is to connect your laptop to an external monitor. If the image appears normally on the external monitor, it indicates a faulty laptop LCD screen.

My laptop starts, but the screen is black...

The LCD screen does not have enough brightness or a black screen are usually due to a defective or dead backlight (CCFL) or voltage inverter that supplies high voltage to it.  We can quickly diagnose if the problems is the laptop screen or the inverter.  We are able to replace both.
