Properly packing your laptop for shipment is extremely important to prevent further damage to your laptop

Always use a box that is bigger than your laptop and has at least 4cm of space on all sides. Wrap your laptop in bubble wrap 2 x’s on each side. You can even ship your laptop with your laptop case for extra protection.

Always include your AC adapter when you ship your laptop. Make sure you place it on the side of the laptop, not on the top! This is meant to prevent damage to your laptop in case there is pressure put on the top of the box.

Bring your laptop to your local ACS Courier and ship your laptop on our account (we will give you instructions on the phone). You will only be charged 10€ for shipping. If you ship your laptop using another courier, the cost can go as high as 50€.

That is it. Your laptop screen will be replaced the same day that we get it and we will ship it so you will have it the next day.
